There used to be a good pick-up point with 5 changing rooms. Then they reduced it to 3 - now there are constant queues, in the morning / afternoon / on a day off. But, 1 star is not for that. Over the past year, I have already been charged 3 times for the returned product (for the product itself, not for return shipping), and the amounts are not small. Then you have to run around, figure it out, and raise everyone's ears. I feel like I'm going to write in the wrong ones next time.support, and to special consumer protection authorities.
