Unqualified illiterate employees of this PVZ at 53 Khataevich St. (IP Kukharenko A.M.) violated my rights as a consumer and refused to return the goods received on 04/02/25 and returned on the same day a few hours after fitting at home, referring to the fact that the goods are allegedly of inadequate quality with the presence of barely discernible spots on it. The product (milk-colored jeans) was checked under the cameras upon receipt, no stains were noticed. At home, during the fitting, we also did not see any stains under home lighting, but the product did not fit, so we wanted to return it immediately.
Prior to this, it had been repeatedly noticed that the employees of this PVZ were deliberately trying to find some far-fetched and barely discernible minor defect in the product that was not the fault of the buyer and was not defective; they refused to accept the return of the product, then forced the buyer to issue a refund to the seller, thus obviously increasing sales and profitability of their PVZ. This "scheme" has been observed at this point many times, which we ourselves have encountered today. For this reason, as well as because of the extremely obsessive forced politeness of the employee / owner of the PVZ, A.M. Kukharenko, who immediately changes his face if suddenly you do not redeem the goods, which always only repelled, you stopped going there and started placing orders at another (more distant) pick-up point.
At the moment, the only advantage of this PVZ was its proximity to my house, which is why the order for this PVZ was placed, but this advantage of the convenient location of the PVZ does not cover all the above disadvantages. I will place all further orders on another PVZ, as I have done before, and where there have never been controversial or negative situations.
I would also like to note the inappropriate appearance of the employees of the PVZ at 53 Khataevich while at her workplace, specifically the employee Daria: general slovenliness, dirty torn clothes, dirty hands with broken nails, etc., which sharply catches the eye and causes a very unpleasant impression about this PVZ, also during the conflict this employee allowed to be rude to yourself and use obscene language towards the customer, i.e. me, which I consider unacceptable.
As a result, the refund was accepted, of course, the so-called stains were wiped off with an ordinary wet cloth by the owner of this item himself, which, according to him (according to the rules to which he constantly refers) is not a marriage. What was the whole show for? The answer is obvious - to increase the profitability of your PVZ at the expense of the buyer. And he also writes to himself praising the work of his PVZ.
A very good pick-up point, always clean, the staff is excellent, interested in help, patient and polite. Convenient location. It's great that you can park at the euroopt and go quietly to the point) I would really like to wish adequate buyers.
