Terrible rude service!!! 12/30/2024 An employee named Anastasia was rude, threatened, and ridiculed visitors. I just had terrible impressions of this manager's behavior. No badge with the full name, no contact to contact the owner of the PVZ. We will have to look for the owner, contact the police with a statement about the boorish behavior of Anastasia's manager. I would not advise anyone to be serviced at this pick-up point.

The service is simply "excellent". How employees are selected here is just a mystery, is the first person they meet put down or how)))) There are always some kind of breaks, you stand waiting for the pick-up point to open, for the second day in a row. The World Bank has never seen such a circus in any PVZ.

I ordered 2 jackets and pants, tried them on, chose one jacket, told the girl I was taking it away, it was a refund in RUSSIAN, in the end I returned both jackets and one pair of pants, I took one pair of pants. It would be possible to give a negative rating, I would put -5
