It was a normal pick-up point, but now it's unclear what. It's dirty inside. The employee mumbles something under his breath, has no attitude towards people, is rude. He always has some kind of acceptance of goods. The pick-up point is a mess. The administration doesn't care that one person can't cope, they don't think they need an assistant. I changed this pick-up point to another one next to this one.
