Yesterday, a terrible situation occurred at the Valdberis pick-up point in Mir. Alina worked there for a reason. I ordered many pairs of jeans, chose the ones I liked, and wanted to reject the rest. There was no tag on one of the jeans. The girl forced us to pick up these jeans, she raised her voice at us and sent us to other pick-up points in Stolbnykh and Novogrudok, so that we would not interfere with her work. We were completely at a loss, because we didn't take the tag. Alina started yelling at us again and telling us to take those jeans. As a result, we started looking for the tag OURSELVES in the locker room, food containers, and packages. WE FOUND THE TAG!!!! She was lying in the pocket of the same jeans. But the employee was not satisfied with this either. She started demanding earrings from us, which supposedly should go to them as a gift. I had to give away the earrings from my favorite jeans. I can also say that it was COMPLETELY impossible for me, as an osmatician, to be in this room. It smelled like an electronic cigarette. Alina was sitting in the workplace and smoking. This girl always has a DISSATISFIED AND UNFRIENDLY FACE, as if we came and started interfering with her work!!!! In general, I can say that I would not like to see such faces at the Mir pick-up point anymore!!! It turns out that I came to please myself with a new purchase, but in the end I ruined my mood!!!
