This is the most unpleasant pick-up point I've ever visited. The room has not been renovated since the construction of this building. It's dirty, everything is shabby. There are only two fitting booths. There are balls of dirt and dust in the corners. The mirrors no longer reflect, they are completely stained. Lighting is like "in the womb." The employees are kind of unkempt. They always have a problem finding an order. Today, the man said that for the third day they could not give him an order because they would not find it in any way. I rarely write reviews, but today I was blown away.

Employees are usually calm and polite, except for the situation after which I write a review.
At the point of issue, the light disappeared, going to the threshold, I asked the girl working at the point if the point was working.
I got an answer, am I kidding, and that it's not clear what. I tried to answer the girl calmly and without being rude. (I thought it was a break or something).
I received an answer in the same tone, finished the dialogue and left.
Everyone understands that this is a stressful situation, and they understandingly approach, hoping to get their purchase and not offend anyone, but the answer in this tone was very unexpected.
