Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this delivery point. The service leaves much to be desired — the staff work too slowly, which causes significant inconvenience to customers. A particularly negative impression was made by one of the employees, who allowed himself to communicate on the "you" with clients, despite his obvious youth and lack of professional experience. This is completely inappropriate and indicates a low level of corporate culture. I hope the management will take measures to improve the service and increase the level of interaction with customers.
Horror. Disgusting service. A young illiterate young man is arguing with adults, behaving boorishly. He doesn't give out things, but throws them like dogs. The complaint book is not in place. Imitates boxing as if he wants to punch. The supervisor is on his side. If you don't want conflict, run away from there.
