I am very pleased with the experience of visiting the Wildberries pick-up point. The service was fast and efficient, the staff were friendly and willing to help. The location of the pick-up point turned out to be convenient, which greatly simplified the process of receiving my order. Convenient opening hours and prompt notification of the arrival of the order made the whole process as comfortable as possible. In response to comments from adults, he insisted that the girl buy back the product, which did not fit her and was stained due to poor-quality packaging with a marker. At the request of the people around him, he refused to call the management to resolve the conflict situation. The girl had no money on her card, and the WB employee insisted that she call adults to transfer money to her to redeem the goods, refusing to issue a refund. There is a way out in any situation, and no one has canceled consumer protection!!!

An excellent pick-up point, orders are issued quickly, there is air conditioning in the room, you don't even want to go out in this heat. Very polite staff, especially the guy with curly hair, showers everyone with compliments! I will come back at least for him!!👍

While the dude was giving out the order, he told me about his crypto portfolio, I listened, bought altcoins for a tidy sum. AND ATTENTION, I made a profit of 400% in 2 months.
