The PVZ is located on the first floor of the hotel. I come for the goods at 14.48 - the point is closed. A girl who is sitting on sofas in the lobby of the hotel in the company of another woman and a young man tells me that it is closed until 15:00. Okay, I say, I'll wait (although does the point have a break in the opening hours? No, not specified) and I'm going to sit on the sofa and wait for 12 minutes. In response to which all three instantly explode from their seats and say: "Not here"! I wonder why, and they tell me that this is the territory of the hotel. But by the standards of hotel business, absolutely anyone can be in the lobby of the hotel, especially since I came here with a specific purpose. I didn't get a clear answer why I can't wait here in the lobby. And when I asked where I should be all this time, the woman said, "Wherever you want." This is just outrageous and unjustified rudeness. I can't find a single reasonable reason why I can't wait "on the hotel grounds", given that the PVZ is located there as well. When I returned at 15:00, I found that this girl from the sofas is a PVZ employee. Which not only decided to take a break, which is not in the work schedule of the point, but also expels the client to wait for her on the street, if there is a large room where it can be done comfortably.
The condition of the PVZ also leaves much to be desired. The already small room is completely cluttered with boxes and there is only one small path from the entrance to the delivery counter. It is obvious that the staff cannot cope with so many orders and cannot ensure the proper condition of the ELV and customer service.
