I like this point, not far from home. Comfortable. Regarding the staff, sometimes very interesting positive characters come across. The main thing is that they know their job and will always help in solving the issue.
I came on December 24 to pick up the order.
The first attempt was at 11.04, there were about 8 people in front of me. I think I won't wait, I'll come later. The second attempt was at 13.05, and when I opened the door of the point, it was something. People were already just standing in the doorway. When asked why there were so many people, they replied that there was one girl who was looking for everything in boxes. Because the shift that was from December 23 to December 24 did not bother to arrange everything for a new working day. The orders arrived at night and everything was left like this in the boxes. Therefore, the queue was sooooo slow. Calling the director, they said they would try to find another person, but there was no result. Calling again, he said that there was nothing he could do, that there were no employees, and that when you receive the order, you can write a comment about the PVZ. The perfect solution to the problem!
They called him again and told him that another person was coming. Yes, after two hours of my stay there, another girl came. And now the two of them were looking for orders for one person. When offered to take several people at once to make the queue go faster, they refused and continued to search for one box together. Together with this second girl, two more warehouse workers came who were laying out these boxes that the previous shift had not laid out. One of them is a very boorish blonde. Rude to people. It took about 30 minutes per person, although the woman stood for an hour until they found 4 or 5 of her orders. Everyone understands perfectly well that on the eve of the holidays there are a lot of orders, a lot of people, but not so much. To put one girl on the delivery and packing of goods. It took a very long time.
There is no organization at the checkpoint. Some do not sort orders on the shelves, the latter are also rude.
As a result, my stay at the PVZ on Zvezdnaya 21/2 was from 13.05 to 17.02.
4 hours just to pick up the order. And every person who was in front of me had it there.
In 4 hours, about 17 people were served, which we counted.
The woman in front of me came at 12.20 and at 17.01 she had not left yet. I already picked up mine, but they couldn't find her order.
Dear superiors of this pick-up point! Organize the work of your PVZ and teach employees how to communicate with customers.
If I worked and talked like that at my job, then maybe I wouldn't have a job anymore.
It's clear that there are a lot of people and it takes a lot of time, but that doesn't give them any right to talk like that.
Thanks for attention. I hope that they will take some measures.
This is the worst pick-up point I've ever visited. There are children who are clearly not coping with their duties. The queues are huge — 25 people each, people stand for 2 hours! The staff is completely disorganized: they lost my product and searched for it for two hours, but they never found it. As a result, I had to pick him up another day. They didn't find it the other day either. The service is incredibly slow, a complete mess.
In addition, there are also constant problems with working hours. The point was supposed to open at 10:00 a.m., but they reported a schedule change (from 11:00 a.m.) at 9:55 a.m., when the queue had already gathered. And there are unexpected breaks that are not written anywhere in the work schedule. It's just irresponsible. I do not recommend this pick-up point to anyone!
