I did not like the work of the employee who worked on 02.08. The product arrived at the PVZ on 01.08, I came for it on 02.08, to which I was told that the product was allegedly "lost" at the pick-up point. The guy was also not going to look for goods, he went behind the curtain and immediately returned with the words "well, it happens, we lost it." I needed the product by the evening of 02.08. I think that it is not necessary to set the status "ready to receive" if the product is missing or it cannot be issued so that customers do not walk to the PVZ in vain.
It's good that the pick-up point has appeared, the girls are very friendly, but for the first time it is very difficult to find it - the Yandex map shows the entrance from the courtyard, but in fact the entrance is on the other side, besides you need to enter from above.
