Thank you, I visited the village. How did the WB even allow this!? Where do I inspect orders at all? He stepped aside (he didn't even go out into the dressing room, there's no other way to call it)!! The staff refused to refund, explaining that I was not looking at orders under the camera. How do I even know where your cameras are???

Fabulous workers work there. I come to pick up the order, there are 2 boxes on the window at the reception, first the girl looks for my order there, then goes to the back room, rustles there, returns, to my question- what happened, explains that apparently a colleague from the last shift started it. He goes back to the back room, returns upset, then I notice my parcel in the box at the reception (there was a pink stripe on the box), show it to the girl. She gives me the package. In general, the parcel has arrived, but where it is and what it is, it will probably finish with time.
