Today, for the second time, I applied to this PVZ, I was shocked by the employee's work. It was served by an adult man - about 35 years old, not a guy (I don't know his name). He behaved defiantly when I said that I needed to issue a refund, he was indignant, puffed and smacked. He was not customer-oriented, rude and rude. I've never had anything to do with such impudents before. Disgusting service, I will never arrange delivery to this PVZ and I do not advise anyone. Because if the thing does not fit, this business boor will not issue a refund. This is the first time I have come across such egregious behavior by a Wildberry employee! Previously, there had never been any problems with other PVZ in the area! Man, learn manners and politeness if you work in the customer service industry!
