Hello! It boiled over. I ordered the goods twice, the pick-up point is convenient-near the house, Razzakova 2. But that's where the positive reviews end. It is impossible to receive the product the first time. He disappears, they look for him, they find him, you come to receive him, and you're lost again. It's an ugly and repetitive situation. I had to cancel the order last time. I do not recommend this store.

the operator at the checkout cheated on receiving the goods, most likely not only me. I do not recommend both this pick-up point and wildberries in general: You wait 100 years for the product, and then it's impossible to get the product. A separate word about the support chat: 10 people write at the same time and ask the question 500 times. In the end, none of them helped. I highly do not recommend this charade
