There are different shifts of sellers (both boys and girls) working at the Kazinets 120 pick-up point.But one shift of two girls, both brunettes (one of them pregnant) allow themselves a lot.Namely, they impermissibly respond and grin at customers. This is unacceptable.They behave impudently and arrogantly. Please take into account employers,
there are a lot of good young people looking for work. I ask you to replace the sellers at the Kazinets 120 pick-up point with decent ones. I would like to come for the goods and leave in a good mood. A regular customer.

Everything is perfect. Convenient location, good frequently changing staff, you will never get bored with the familiar faces of employees. There is always someone to chat with in the queue that stretches around the building. Of course I love the smell of the queue in the morning. Once I was standing in line for 2 hours in a row and when I got to the issue with the QR code, it was all over. And.. You know, I looked back, this was how victory looked.

Okay, I would have understood if there was a big queue, or I would have had to measure and choose a lot, I would have understood this myself in this case, but I just had to pick up two positions.
And now the most interesting thing, when I went outside, I realized that this girl was just waiting for a girlfriend there, so she decided to send me away quickly 👍🏼
And now, thanks to such friendship, I have to go to this pick-up point again in the cold season. Super!
I did not write a complaint to protect the rights of consumers only because of respect for the owner of this PVZ. But I ask you to take measures, because who knows how many more people she has sent away, violating their rights as buyers

And the most unfortunate thing is that the parcel was a gift, which could not be picked up on the day on which it was necessary to give it.It's a pity you can't put a mine on the 5th check-in.

I came for an order at this PVZ, the girl could not find my product for a long time, so she offered to re-order it. To which I replied with a clear NO, and that I needed the product today. Then I was asked to come back later, I agreed.
Two hours later, I receive a notification in the app that my item has been sent for a refund. I ask you to look into this situation and find out why you acted so arbitrarily, without the consent of the customer. What right did you have to make a refund without specifying this?

Convenient location, parking along the road, I used this PVZ before, I really remember a drunk employee who was sleeping in the back room sitting on a chair, - I went in with a client, but there was no employee, we waited a long time, then they began to call, then decided to go inside, you never know if the employee felt bad, but she was very good after disconnecting On a chair! And also often the point was closed without any announcement or notification on the front door.
