I am constantly serviced in this PVZ. Andrey is a very pleasant and friendly employee (if I'm not mistaken). He has been working for a long time, he got the hang of working without nerves and breakdowns for clients, unlike other incoming and outgoing employees. Convenient location of the point. The parking lot is large, but with huge pits. There are enough fitting rooms. Queues, as everywhere else, only in the evenings.

In addition to the fact that the guys were unlucky with the room (smell, dripping water, buckets placed), they regularly have problems with delivery. It is clear that they behave in a formulaic manner and just do what they were told to do. It does not work at all to resolve the queue)

Disgusting employee behavior!
I came to pick up the goods, when the turn came to me, I was told to pick up the goods tomorrow. When I asked the reason, the employee said that he had a lot of boxes, although before that he calmly gave out goods to other people and he did not have such a problem. I turned around and left. He ran out and started yelling after me that I had no sense of humor, didn't even apologize. Being at the pick-up point, he continued to pick me up and tell me that I didn't understand jokes. Do you have a pick-up point or a comedy Club? Terribly disappointed! Before, young guys worked and they do their job 100%. I hope you will teach your employee the rules of subordination.
