In addition to the fact that the guys were unlucky with the room (smell, dripping water, buckets placed), they regularly have problems with delivery. It is clear that they behave in a formulaic manner and just do what they were told to do. It does not work at all to resolve the queue)

I came to pick up the goods, when the turn came to me, I was told to pick up the goods tomorrow. When I asked the reason, the employee said that he had a lot of boxes, although before that he calmly gave out goods to other people and he did not have such a problem. I turned around and left. He ran out and started yelling after me that I had no sense of humor, didn't even apologize. Being at the pick-up point, he continued to pick me up and tell me that I didn't understand jokes. Do you have a pick-up point or a comedy Club? Terribly disappointed! Before, young guys worked and they do their job 100%. I hope you will teach your employee the rules of subordination.
