Let's go hand over the marriage. An incompetent girl does not know how to do it and issue it, although there are no such problems at other points of issue. Through my personal account, I issued a return of the goods and approved it, wrote that you need to bring the goods to the pick-up point. I repeat once again that the girl is incompetent in such a matter and refused. I refused to contact the management. It turns out that if the product is defective, then it cannot be handed over at this point, this contradicts the work of Wildberries.There is another pick-up point in Tolochin, now I will order only there, I hope the employees there know their business. And I will hand over the goods in any case
