It 's great that they opened a punt in the next house , BUT the employee ( guy ) is very rude to customers . On a simple remark about an unpleasant smell at the point , he is rude and tries to give the client a low rating ! And it would be worth just ventilating the room more often! It is a pity that the owners do not monitor the behavior of employees at this point! I will take the last orders that will come there and I will go further than to tolerate such boorish behavior .

Are the workers children?!? What a quality of service we can talk about here! Please teach your sellers at least the rules of simple etiquette, not to mention the knowledge of the rules of trade and services.
