What kind of piggish attitude is this towards visitors?! an order was received, when checking it was found that instead of women's trousers, a man's shirt came. It would seem that everything is simple - a refund . but no, the manager stuck his horn and demands to pay for the goods and make a refund after payment, does not close the order, because the payment did not pass! They ignored the visitor for an hour - they just drove the person away! and it is unclear what they are waiting for! THE HORROR!!!
