I almost always end up with the same girl, Eugenia. She works very fast, polite, patient, very pleasant. But long queues spoil everything: the last four times I stood for more than an hour, of which time about forty minutes were outside, under not the best weather conditions. I also don't really like that lately the status of the product has been there for almost a week from the moment it arrives at the pick-up point to the moment when it can be picked up. I understand everything: New Year's Eve orders and all that, but if even two people can't cope, then you need to look for some ways to solve the problem. Unfortunately, this is the Wildbury point closest to me, the others are not very convenient. Perhaps it makes sense to open another point nearby, since there is such a high demand in this patch - for example, in the Moscow market.

I had to stand for 50-60 minutes. You could have put a notice on the door that staff were needed for part-time work, I think people would have been found.
