We visited with our spouse during the period of active snowmelt. It was not possible to enter the order pick-up point, clay, sleet, ice right at the entrance. I asked the staff of the point who is responsible for snow removal? They answer, and very reluctantly, without raising their heads, KSK. Why don't you require KSK to clean the snow near the entrance? They say they demand it, but it's no use. There are no complaints about the employees themselves when issuing the order. In general, the Residential Complex in which the order pick-up point is located is kind of unkempt, abandoned, cigarette butts and plastic bags everywhere. I even took a photo, then deleted it from my phone

Point as point. They give out a norm. It's just too small for the left bank. They should have a better room. It's a bit cold there in winter.
