The service at the point has reached a state where it is required to close the point. To continue working, change the staff and work schedule. Unregulated breaks of up to 20 minutes every hour, constant rudeness, unjustified marriages, invented by the employees themselves. I sent photos to support, they didn't understand what kind of marriage it was. We kindly ask the management to pay attention to the appeals and take appropriate measures.
