The boorish behavior of Lyudmila's employee, she went many times and always had the same reaction, namely, she did not behave adequately, she was always dissatisfied, angry, and rude! I order because it's close to home, but I'd rather go to another WB point than tolerate such an attitude.
I'm not going there anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I have been using the services of this organization for a very long time. But I have never seen such rudeness from the staff as here. I fell for an employee Lyudmila. Issued a number of products with packaging violations. Well, I thought, anything happens, maybe it's not the pick-up point's fault. I went and tried it on, the goods did not fit the size. I wrapped everything up carefully and made a refund. And then Lyudmila started accusing me of violating the packaging of the goods. Hysterical, raised her voice for no reason, scared the directors. In general, I do not recommend this employee to work in this field.

I liked everything. Close to home, so it's convenient. I give 4 stars because there is not enough space. And so, in principle, everything is fine.😁
