Absolutely unacceptable service! The employee brought the order, but refused to give me the opportunity to check the goods. Instead, she opened the box herself, using dirty hands, and put it on the dirty table! This attitude is simply outrageous. Why can't I inspect the product myself, if something doesn't fit me, I would have returned it anyway. It's just a mess, I'll never order at this point again!

Excellent service, always friendly guys, clean point, without fuss and strangers at the pick-up point. I really like this pick-up point, they never lose anything. Everything is clear.
