I constantly order at this pick-up point, as it is closest to home. Recently, I have come across the fact that the pick-up point is constantly closed for lunch during my arrival. I agree that everyone has the right to rest time, but due to the fact that a specific period of time has not been set, I constantly have to wait. I was in the position of an employee at the pick-up point all the time. But, on 12/15/2014, at about 13.30 hours, having arrived at this pick-up point to pick up the 23 goods already paid for, an unknown employee (without a badge) refused to serve me, saying that he wanted to eat. I explained to him that I come at different times every day and the staff always have lunch, so I asked where I could go to resolve this problem and leave a complaint, to which he said that he "doesn't care, he works the last day, you can go wherever you want." This was the last straw, which served to leave a low rating for this issue point.
On the plus side, it works. Mostly. There are normal employees and the opportunity to receive the goods. Of the minuses - a slight mess, well, this is almost the norm, but the employee on 19.11 closing the point at 20.00 for half an hour for a break, hanging a sign from the inside right in front of a suitable buyer - this is not the norm, this is piggishness. The purchase was minimal, but that's not even the point. It was possible to at least somehow apologize for the closure during that period, which is designated as the opening time. The first visit to this point caused a strong desire not to order any more.
There has always been a great pick-up point with friendly vendors. but! During the last week, no matter how you come, all the time is closed.. either the product is being accepted, or the computer is not working. I have to come several times a day, and it's not always open. Can you tell me if your schedule has changed or what's the problem?
