I constantly order at this particular pick-up point, because of the convenient location. The staff are very nice and polite, they issue orders quickly, even when there are queues!
As for the trash cans, this should be presented to the housing and communal services, and not to the pick-up point of the online store. Personally, they don't bother me and many other people :)

If you want to feel like a homeless person, then order at this pick-up point. It's located right next to the trash cans – stink, rats, and everything else are included. However, the workers themselves are great: friendly and positive, they try to do everything possible to smooth out the impression of this terrible place. It's a pity that such an unfortunate location spoils their work.

The location is not pleasant, between a garbage container and a garbage collector at the entrance of an apartment building.
I didn't like the staff. The girl refused to issue the goods. Since she has 5 minutes left before closing time. Although in 5 minutes I would have had time to check and measure the product.
And the girl should read the law on consumer protection.
