My husband ordered a mouse and a headset, but I didn't know about the headset. I asked my daughter to pick up the order, I asked her not to pick up the headset yet. She was supposed to stay at the point until 8.09. On 7.09 she was sent back. Please tell me which one... do the workers at the pick-up point make the decision for the customers and ship the goods themselves ahead of time???

The staff are very pleasant and polite.
There are no disadvantages.
