Always fast (to the best of your ability, NO ONE IS OBLIGATED to issue orders to you the second you log on to the PVZ, which is expected by a huge number of WB users), I have never refused to help, including with refunds on request, which in fact is not an employee's responsibility.
I would like to discuss in more detail not the advantages of the employees and this PVZ, but the piggish attitude of the people who come there.
1. Complaining about dirt: By complaining about it, you're complaining about yourself first! The guys already clean up several times a day, kick out your legs and throw out your trash.
2. I noticed that they complained about checking things for a long time. No one is watching you in the fitting room. You leave makeup, drool, snot and other liquids on your clothes, no one after you will want to measure it, and even more so employees do not want to pay out of their own pocket for your lack of manners! That's why they always say to check the goods for defects before fitting, obviously, if there is one, you need to tell the employees about it BEFORE fitting, not after, and only then prove that it wasn't you who ruined the thing!
3. Employees already work 12-13 hours a day, perform a lot of duties in one position and get pennies, do not create unnecessary hassle for yourself or them, working with people is the most difficult! Be more tolerant and kind to what surrounds you.
I want to leave a positive feedback to the employees of the PVZ! The guys are hard workers, they cope with their duty 100%, they work until the last client. They are always friendly and polite. They work quickly!

Quite a good pick-up point, along the way, there is Parking and places, you can have coffee nearby, but there is one small BUT) feeling that you are not entering the pick-up point, but some kind of warehouse, everything is scattered in the corners. I've been to a lot of pick-up points, honestly, I haven't seen this anywhere) I will assume that there are a lot of orders and there is simply no place to put everything on the shelves. Therefore, you can open another item next to it 😊

When trying on the jacket at the pick-up point, a defect was discovered, when returning the goods, they informed the administrator at the pick-up point, they did not want to pick up the goods and forced them to buy and make a refund for the defect. They said that the money would be returned to the card within 3 days, as it turned out, they deceived us. This has never happened, always when a defect was detected at the pick-up point, they showed it to the administrator and he made a refund without paying for the goods.
There used to be a good PVZ, now it's a disgusting place, it's a mess, dirt everywhere, and most importantly, the employees are boorish, they scold customers all over the PVZ, calling them imbeciles, fat, and everything like that. At the same time, they barely do their job, they talk to friends who come to them for the entire PVZ, and therefore the inspection of goods and their delivery is terribly slow. The only advantage in this is that you no longer want to order anything on the WB)
It's quite a good pick-up point. Personally, I don't care if it looks like a warehouse or Versailles. Everything is always prompt and clear, there are fitting rooms, there are packages, everything is fine.

I had to buy back the defective product. Because according to the "rules", if the employee was not shown the marriage before the fitting, you are guilty. They refused to give/show the camera recording where the unpacking of the goods was visible. I went into the fitting room for a second with the product, I already bought it (that's what the management/employee thinks)
On 03/06/2025 at 14:27 I went to the point, there is a sign "technical break", there are 5 people standing under the door. A girl from a nearby establishment came out and said that they had left the key and would not work until 6 p.m.
I had to pick up the necessary things and take them to the hospital. Thank you.
The PVZ is excellent, there is something to compare it with. Employees will always help, prompt, nothing superfluous-only on business. They are very competent and responsible. Somehow I forgot my purse, so the employee immediately called the WB to get a call back. It took 10-15 minutes at most. In general, I am satisfied.
The staff is generally wonderful!!!! But there is no order. The windows are unwashed, like in the basement, and there are always dirty mats and garbage in the fitting room. The employees said it was not their responsibility. Then this question is for the tenants of this room. Your windows spoil the look of your house.

The place is the worst I've ever been to. It's a bit dirty, there's not enough space, the staff is very peculiar. I rarely write reviews, but I can't help but write here. An unpleasant place.
We ordered a bunch of goods for an apartment from this PVZ. Refunds are guaranteed and within 14 days with a confirmed marriage without problems. They work until the last client, well done!
