It's a complete mess. It is not always possible to pick up an order on the first attempt. Employees can't find them or don't want to. The first time I had to make a refund and re-order, because the employee did not express a desire to look for him for a long time. It was easier for her to make a refund. The second time the order was ready to be received and on the way I decided to go pick it up, to which I was told that after notification I had to wait at least two hours. Why can't you send notifications when the goods can actually be picked up, and not wait for some time. Why mislead people? There have never been such problems at another pick-up point.
There are no questions for the young man, he always serves quickly and culturally.
I picked up the order, it came open- used, as can be seen from the dirty light bulbs on the garland and the almost collapsed box. The service is terrible. The appearance of the employees is disgusting. On day 20.12, a blonde woman and a man worked . The man reeks of alcohol all over the place. A woman with blood or tea stains on her blouse said rather rudely, "Come on, I have an appointment."
I categorically refuse to ever come or order anything else!! If the owners of the pick-up point read this, please change the staff. This is absurd !!!🤬
Over the past month, the service at this point has become simply unbearably slow. The queue used to be fast. New employees are working slowly now. The point itself has turned into a dumpster of boxes, which previously the staff did not allow. There is no place - just boxes and an endless queue of people.
