On 21.02 at 20:53, I dared to enter this pick-up point. The rude boor was unhappy with my visit and demanded a quick inspection of my goods. I must say right away that I didn't have a lot of goods, but rudeness escaped from this employee anyway. "It's already 21.00, leave the room, I don't get paid for delays," etc. These are quotes. I asked for her details, first and last name, but it turns out she doesn't have to provide them to me. She also doesn't have to provide me with a book of comments and suggestions. (but I will have to write to another authority about this). When I turned on my phone to record the behavior of this employee and record the fact that she refused to provide me with a book of comments, my phone was attacked. I regret that the management does not control its employees, does not train them to communicate with customers, does not require respectful treatment of customers and does not require high-quality service to people. I left my phone number with another employee of this supervisor and asked them to contact me. But apparently Alexey Sergeevich Takvel, an individual entrepreneur, does not need feedback about his staff.

I recently used the services of the Valdberis pick-up point, and I was very satisfied! The process of receiving the order was quick and hassle-free. The staff was polite and helpful, they answered all my questions. The girls Sofia, Daria and Albina were very friendly. I go to this particular point very often, and I'm glad that I never heard any rudeness from them)
The pick-up point itself turned out to be clean and cozy, which greatly created a pleasant atmosphere with a garland on the ceiling, clean fitting rooms and pleasant music. I appreciated the convenient location and opening hours, which allowed me to pick up the order at a convenient time.
In general, I always order at this point, the opening hours are strictly on schedule, if you arrive late, they will still treat you with understanding and will serve you comfortably.
I don't understand why they write negative reviews, supposedly scuff marks, but even if they were, isn't that a sign that the place is good and often visited?)
