When I turned on my phone to record the behavior of this employee and record the fact that she refused to provide me with a book of comments, my phone was attacked. I regret that the management does not control its employees, does not train them to communicate with customers, does not require respectful treatment of customers and does not require high-quality service to people. I left my phone number with another employee of this supervisor and asked them to contact me.
