To be honest, this is the worst pick-up point I've been to. We arrived today, the employee was minding his own business, until we said that no one was going to serve us. I unpacked all my things near the cameras so that I could see what condition they were in, I took only three of the 7 things to the fitting room, left the rest at the checkout, but the employee claimed that I had ruined all my things and everything was going to marriage

What kind of amateur activity do the employees have? 08/23/24 who was on shift, the time is 15 minutes to 9, the roller shutter is closed and the trace is gone. Did you rush there on purpose to see a closed door? It is necessary to explain to employees what working hours are and what time the pick-up point should close.
