Terribly slow!
It feels like the parcels are piled up and every time the employees "shake up" this pile anew in search of another parcel. There are always 2 or even three people working and it still takes a few minutes to find a parcel. Well, if the package consists of several parts, it's just the finish!
In other locations where I have been, one employee serves customers faster than three in this PVZ.
If possible, order at any other point.
