I came to pick up the order, everything is well clean, neat, everything is in its place. A nice girl gave me an order, her name was Elizabeth, she was literate, sociable and very polite.
There are no complaints about this place, only I would like to see more such wonderful employees at the pick-up points :)

I would like to write down the shortcomings of this PVZ, in the hope that the owner will listen.
1. Lack of tables for checking goods. There is one small table for the entire PVZ. Today we came for an order, there are 4 people in the queue and the table is already occupied by a girl who made a large order. Where can other customers check the product for defects? I had to put the goods on the floor near the fitting room to make sure there was no defect. There is enough space in the room itself to put at least 2 more tables (one can be placed next to what is there if you move the ottoman, the second instead of a giant bear). This item causes a lot of inconvenience to your customers.
2. There are very few stationery knives on the PVZ, I found only 2 today and everyone really needed it.

- there was a children's table with toys, it was easy to pick up an order with a child, now they have cleaned up and the children are crying while they wait - the atmosphere is not very good
