They always find the product quickly. The girls are friendly, they keep the hall clean. The fitting rooms have everything you need. It's quite comfortable to unpack, I've always been offered a bag)

In the 5 years of my visit to this department, there have never been any problems.
The product does not match the size / color / appearance / quality - the girls will always help, explain, show. They are as polite and considerate as possible. They will honestly tell their opinion about clothes / any thing.
I always come and get in a good mood. Not even because I bought something new (there were situations when I refused the product due to a defect), but simply because of the interaction with the staff.
Do you need a refund at the pick-up point? You are welcome!. The fitting room?At least three! Lighting so that the left flaws can be seen? You are welcome!
Assistance in evaluating/inspecting/packing the product? We are always glad!

The usual pick-up point. Polite staff. On holidays, there are often long queues to receive goods. Convenient location, you can drive up by car, Parking nearby.
