I came today to return the product that I ordered from another pick-up point. The packaging and barcode were in place , to which the girl replied that she could not accept the goods , since these goods were not from this pick-up point and I needed to go to the place from where I picked them up . When I arrived at the pick - up point , the specialist indicated that my product could be returned at any delivery point ) and the girl simply did not want to accept my product , even if it was picked up from another point . Consequently, time and money were spent , as it was necessary to go to the other end of the city !

A good division of the delivery network. Always prompt work, fast delivery and courteous service. Even with a long queue, the girls worked quickly and accurately. There are more questions about the item itself because the space there is less than a meter wide, which complicates the movement and inspection of goods, especially when there are a lot of goods and people.
