The girl working on the evening of 04/12/2022 was rude and rude. She behaved so arrogantly, as if the buyer was some kind of garbage. Payment from my linked card failed in her system (according to her, this happens in 8 out of 10 cases), after which I was told to reconnect the card on the spot, fortunately I had both the card and the application with me, but it still took a long time. When asked what to do if I didn't have everything with me (this often happens, because I order my mom to another city on my account, where she picks up WITHOUT an application), the girl arrogantly threw "well, then we would refuse the goods"! At the same time, she stated that when ordering, I sign an agreement on the provision of services, which, according to her, no one reads, and then there are, and the fact that YOU have some interruptions and my linked card does not pass (i.e. all the terms of the agreement are fulfilled on my part), this, as she said, my problems. After such arrogance and an obvious violation of my buyer's rights, I asked for a book of complaints, BUT I never received it, in response they told me "no one will read it anyway, there is no point in writing something there"! It is extremely unpleasant and insulting for such treatment and for such a service. Unfortunately, more goods have already been ordered there, I anticipate problems when issuing them (I will go in to see whose shift is, and if it's the same girl, just leave), and in the future I will try not to use WILDBERRIES services anymore because of the attitude towards customers.
One of the worst pick-up points I've visited. They give out orders for a long time, the queues are just terrible because of this. It's dirty all the time.
I took orders from this point several times. If you come in the morning / afternoon, there are no queues, everything works perfectly. There are often queues in the evening, you can stand outside for 40 minutes.
