Almost every time I come to the PVZ to pick up the goods, there is a leaflet with the inscription acceptance of the goods (usually for 15-30 minutes), and then I came at 15:00 and this leaflet hung, sorry, of course, it's been too much for an hour. As I know, pvzs do not have the right to close for acceptance of goods (although this can only happen in Russia). My favorite pvz is still not my favorite now, it's a pity that this situation has annoyed me, but this is too much, every time you urgently need to pick up a thing, this leaflet hangs. Acceptance of goods is carried out on a par with the delivery of goods. If there are not enough employees, then raise people's salaries at last, maybe someone will work.

The staff work quickly, everything is neat. There really is a rush hour when there are a lot of people. I have to stand in line. Everything else is fine!
