we waited 5 minutes until the employee finished his dinner with a delicious smacking, after which he bothered to serve customers, saying that he could not find one item from my order and would not look for it, subsequently he said to re-order, although the thing was needed that day. I do not consider it acceptable to go to the PVZ for the same product 10 times!!!

I order a lot of goods and mostly heavy boxes, and in order to load the goods, I need to open the barrier, from which there is never a keychain, and each time the staff comes up with different stories about the absence of a keychain. There are about 120 meters from the point to the barrier!!! So take note.

This is the second time I have come to this PVZ and they tell me that the goods are being accepted. I asked when I could come for the goods, to which they replied, I don't know, probably in two hours. Please be more responsible about your work, so that people don't come twice to this PVZ!
