The girl was obviously very nervous and this had a strong effect on her work. Since at the moment when I said that I was refusing a specific product, she reminded me that she could not make a refund without packaging (this is logical, I understand this, but she accidentally threw this bag in the trash) and I took two bags out of the trash, gave them to her, she checked only one and She threw both of them back into the trash, telling me, "This is not the right package," and stands looking at me. I went back into the trash, rummaged through everything, found the SAME two bags and gave them to her, this time she agreed to make a refund. She was just inattentive and tried to explain her mistake by saying that the program did not work all day. This employee did not have a badge, when asked to introduce herself, the woman said that this was confidential information. I said that I would write a complaint to her in support and she replied that employees can also give bad marks to customers. In short, it's just a quiet horror. I came here every time to shop and was satisfied, because the other employees are very pleasant and I was always lucky with the goods. If the head of this PVZ reads the reviews, then I really ask you to take action against this woman, she should not work with people.
