I usually don't write reviews. But then it boiled over.
10 days ago, I had a payment for the product, the money was debited, the product was refused, the employee pretended after a couple of days that I had forgotten it. This issue was somehow resolved. The money was returned to me.
Today 06.12.24 the manager was a guy, he searched for my paid product for 15 minutes, but found it with difficulty, however, when I refused another product, he wrote off the money. They say it's okay to come back in 10 days. I need the money now, not in 10 days.
The impression of the employees is terrible. Just inattention. And this is taking into account that there were no people behind me.
Everyone can make mistakes, but not on a permanent basis. Just a spoiled mood. I didn't hear any apologies either.
19. 03.25 dirty changing rooms, a layer of dust on the shelves. Having stained a white thing for this reason, then they don't want to take it back. As a result, ruined nerves and wasted time. I don't order any more at this point. They know how to find fault with the return, so let them learn how to create comfortable conditions for fitting!
