Initially, while I was standing in line, I noticed that the girl was annoyed by the visitors of the PVZ, she was all on her nerves, talking rudely, sighing. When I received an order - 4 Bolognese coats, there was a queue and it was inconvenient to fully open all the coats on her counter - there was not enough space. Several coats were in opaque bags. Then I went into the fitting room, examined the coats and some did not fit, and one was a different color, not the one ordered. All the coats were undamaged, I put them neatly in the appropriate bags. When I approached the girl to return all the orders, she was outraged that I did not immediately refuse a coat of a different color at the counter, and now she makes it out as a marriage and with her forceful decision charges me money for a coat that did not suit me in color. I told her that I had not left the PVZ anywhere, you can just make a refund as by marriage. To which I was told - you went to the fitting room and opened the package.But if you don't open the opaque package, you won't see the color. It doesn't matter where I opened it. Two meters from the counter or right next to it.I was in the PVZ. The coat was undamaged and defective, but in a different color. But the girl practically sent me away, said - I have already debited money from your account, without my consent and approval. She said, complain, I want to quit, that's what I need.People were standing a little stunned. If the girl asks, then satisfy her request for dismissal. She doesn't need to work with people, she doesn't have a friendly attitude towards clients, an understanding of the situation. It's better for this girl not to work with people at all. We can also conclude that if she was so rude in the PVZ at Bogdanovich 60 with impunity, then she feels support from the administration of the PVZ. I was most outraged that without my consent, the girl took and debited my money from the card just for a minute, did not want to do anything and also got rude… I've been going to this point since the opening. Disgusting pick-up point!!! I've never seen anything like this before. They haven't been able to find my order for exactly one hour (!). A very incompetent employee. He asks to come another day, supposedly during this time they will try to find the goods. Other clients come with the same problem and, alas, leave with nothing. A large crowd of people, due to the slowness and sluggishness of the employee, queues of 10-12 people gather. The interior has become somewhat dirty and untidy lately. I managed to call the administrator of this point. But she couldn't solve the problem either. Friendly and professional guys used to work here. Please take appropriate measures.
