A great point
There is never a queue, pleasant staff, clean.
Only for the first time you need to go around the whole house until you find this basement)
There are no parking problems.
The employee drew attention to the number of stickers and warned that perhaps this product had already been returned often. It turned out that the warehouse just used an additional used box for reliability, so everything is on top! I am satisfied!

I didn't find it the first time, because the entrance is from the courtyard, also on the ground floor. But there have never been queues and the room is quite large, so you don't have to jostle.

A great pick-up point, the girls work fast, there are almost never queues, and if there are, they pass very quickly. I picked it up at different pick-up points, now only in this one.

Terrible service. I ordered for this PVZ a couple of times, usually everything came in good condition and the service was normal. But this time the goods came of poor quality (an obvious defect in production, which I found only at home), as soon as I tried to solve the issue, they began to be rude and raise their voice, they did not want to do anything, arguing that they were not a partner pick-up point. I won't order there anymore. (I have more than 90% of the ransom)

Terrible attitude towards customers, the goods are absolutely not checked, no one knows what the seller invested there until the last, if it turns out that something is wrong with the product, then it will not work quickly even if they returned to the delivery point within 5 minutes, and they may not refund the money for delivery, even if as it turned out, they were delivering air. Accordingly, it can be concluded that Wildberries does not control sellers in any way, does not select the best, but works with everyone in a row, and does not fine sellers for an outright attempt at deception.
It's a pity, ida, it was good, but the implementation failed
