Going to the point turned into a thorough check of every item I ordered, by the way, according to the employee, 6 of the 8 items ordered turned out to be "defective". Do you believe that? So that you can understand, the employee of the point made a note on the product, which, in her opinion, looked different in color in real life than on the product card. As a customer, everything was fine with me, I expected to see such a product. It's both funny and sad. How much time was spent on examining each of my goods by this "marriage expert". I do not recommend this item.
I will subscribe to every negative review from previous commentators. Such (!!!) I've never been here. The situations are all similar . But here is the last example. I came to return the interior sticker (the product is refundable). So, during the return inspection, the employee found contamination on the back white protective layer (most likely from her own hands) and DID NOT ACCEPT it - she declared it a MARRIAGE!!!
Tried to discuss this situation with the "management" (refused to introduce herself, answered rudely, was rude), but, as the saying goes, "The fish rots from the head".
I hear every day from friends and acquaintances that this lawlessness is happening at the checkpoint.
I hope to explain the rules of behavior and communication with clients to the "manager" and employees in the near future.
A female sole proprietor works, the service is terrible, today on 02/16/25 she took out my whole brain, did not want to return the product that did not fit me in size, demanded to pay for it, caused me moral damage with her yell, I called Minsk, where they answered me in a calm voice that I was not obliged to pay at the insistence of this woman from the PVZ The product that didn't fit me, she took my phone and started arguing with the operator, tin!!! I re-ordered the goods from another warehouse. There are no nice girls there who calmly served customers. The desire to order at this pick-up point has disappeared.
