The workers cast sidelong glances and unnecessary, ridiculous comments to anyone. They really don't like refunds. It's unpleasant to go there. It is indicated that the pick-up point is open until 21:00. But if you come at 20:40, assuming that you definitely still have 10-15 minutes, then they will just eat you with their eyes and of course, as always, they will blurt something out. I don't just sit at home and wait for a certain time to drop in at 20:40!!!! You come in a good mood, smile, talk politely, handle the goods carefully, do everything according to the rules and as they say ... but if you have a refund, it will be bad! Dear employees, the customer has every right to make a refund. And if not, he silently takes it away and does not give you tantrums. So if I can make a refund, then I will do it if necessary. And give your unhappy faces and ridiculous comments to someone else.
