The employee does not greet you. It's dirty inside. The employee is on the phone and hasn't even bothered to wipe the floors. Everything is covered in puddles and mud, even in the fitting rooms. The stairs at the entrance are tiled, it's very slippery right now. Is it really difficult to install rubber mats on the stairs?!
