It's a cramped room, but there are two fitting rooms. The manager is passable, not particularly friendly, but also not rude, if there are questions about delivery or the product is always sent to the support service. It is unclear whether their responsibilities include consulting clients or not. There was a problem with one delivery, I was waiting for the goods and clarified several times whether they had received them, as a result, after a while, the order was closed as a refund and money was debited from the card. The support service replied vaguely. But I think this is Wildberry's own problem. It is also common for goods to arrive dented. However, things have been coming faster lately.
One of the most terrible pick-up points. There are always a lot of people. People stand outside in the heat and in the cold. The floor is always dirty, there are boxes everywhere, the stairs are usually littered with I don't understand what. It's very cramped inside. There are only 2 fitting booths, one of which is often packed with goods and boxes. The staff are working well, but everything else 🤦🏻♀️
