The pick-up point itself is clean, although the place is small, but the flow of people is not large, there is no crowd.
The "open" sign on the doors is misleading, since despite its presence, the pick-up point may be closed. (What's the problem with hanging/flipping to "closed"?)
The quality of service depends on the mood/problems of the employee/customer. (I do not pay attention to impolite communication, etc., only if they refuse to issue goods during working hours, which are already "ready for delivery" and are at the pick-up point)
