The manager, without clarification, silently wrote off the money for the product, and said that the swimsuits could not be returned. Then I say that I will not take today's one, but the last one remains with me. To which she replies that she has already written off a new one, and it has also become irrevocable. To my request to cancel the write-off, which occurred due to her mistake and inattention, she advises me to write to technical support.
And now I've been writing my complaints to support for more than 2 weeks and I can't get an adequate response.
Why should I lose a lot of money because of the incompetence of an employee, and tech support will just throw up their hands and say that they can't help in any way?!
The girl who issues orders is not very tactful, there were a lot of orders, she did not even offer a package, I asked if there were paid ones, which also received a not very pleasant answer, and in the razlevalki it would be possible to wash the floors, I think it would be much more comfortable
