We did not return the defective product. I checked the product on the spot. I'm not happy. I wrote an application on the recommendation of the staff for a refund, which was also canceled. I understand that there is a lot of work and there may be people like me too. It is bad that the employee refused to issue a refund despite the fact that the product was opened and checked on the spot. Even minimal attempts to help were not observed. Only 'the package is opened'. It's very unpleasant. Money is wasted, the goods are in the trash.
